The Sacred Intuition Studio is my own creation born of the idea that psychotherapy can be more than dry, cold, and clinical. It can be warm, humorous, and enlightening. It can involve more than "talk therapy." There are other ways of knowing and healing that come from our connections with each other and with ourselves and with our environment. Sacred refers to something that is to be regarded with great respect or reverence. We are all sacred! Intuition is a sacred gift that lives within all of us. It's the ability to know that something is true or meaningful without physical proof or learned knowledge. It's your "gut feeling." Over the course of time and events of life we gradually stop relying on our own intuition. It takes practice to listen to, grow, and trust ourselves, our intuition. The Sacred Intuition Studio is a place where you can reconnect with yourself and learn to trust yourself again.

Self discovery requires a variety of perspectives and approaches.

The human mind requires a complex approach to understand and influence.

The past will always influence the present and future. Short term, acute, present issues will most always interrupt the accomplishment of long term goals and realizations.

Psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching individually and combined can facilitate healing, problem solving, goal achievement, and more.

Divination practices like tarot and stone reading can be a fun way to discover new questions, answers, and insights. For this reason, divination is a great complementary tool for psychotherapy when you may be feeling stuck or stagnant in the therapeutic process.

Sound therapy is designed to relax the body and the mind to allow work to be done from a place of peace. Sound therapy can be provided in conjunction with or separate from other modalities.

Together we will create an integrative plan to resolve, discover, or accomplish whatever may bring you to The Sacred Intuition Studio.
